After more than 20 years in Human Resources, I’ve learned that successful businesses are built on people.
Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with organizations of all sizes to navigate growth, leadership development, employee relations, organizational change, culture transformation, and complex workforce challenges. I’ve worked alongside frontline teams, professionals, union and nonunion employees, emerging leaders, and executive teams across various industries.
Like many business owners, I began my career in the corporate world. Over time, I realized my passion wasn’t simply implementing HR programs. It was helping leaders build workplaces where people and business results could thrive together.
That’s what led me to create PeopleKind HR.
As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of leading people while growing a business. Making difficult decisions, managing risk, developing leaders, retaining top talent, and building a strong culture all require thoughtful partnership and practical solutions.
My approach starts with understanding your business. Every organization has its own culture, goals, challenges, and leadership style. Before recommending solutions, I take the time to understand what makes your business unique. I believe the best HR practices are not simply policies or rules. They are practical, sustainable solutions that support your people, strengthen your culture, and help your business grow.
I strive to be an accessible, trusted partner who listens first, understands context, and works alongside leaders to create meaningful and achievable people solutions.
