Membership & Pricing Information
Membership plans consist of a monthly membership fee and, where applicable, a separately funded consulting retainer. Membership fees provide access to member benefits and preferred pricing. Consulting services are billed separately against the funded retainer unless otherwise specified.
Funded Retainer Information
Funded retainers are used to pay for consulting services, project work, and support requests. Additional information regarding retainer funding, usage, balance reporting, replenishment requirements, unused balances, cancellations, and refund eligibility is available during the consultation and onboarding process.
Service Requests & Response Times
An email request generally refers to one business matter, question, or topic requiring HR guidance. Response times may vary based on service level, business needs, and request complexity. Generally, all business matters will receive a response within 48 business hours of receipt. Urgent matters may require separate scheduling or consulting time.
