Website Terms and Conditions
REICOR, Inc. dba PeopleKind HR
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.peoplekind-hr.com (the “Website”) and purchases from REICOR, Inc. dba PeopleKind HR (“PeopleKind HR,” “REICOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or complete a purchase.
You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to the applicable purchase terms.
2. Services and Digital Offerings
PeopleKind HR may offer consulting hours, coaching time, memberships, digital resources delivered by download or separate email, paid seats or admission for events, and related professional services (collectively, “Services”). The specific scope, price, duration, delivery method, scheduling terms, and other material terms shown on the applicable Website page, checkout page, proposal, order confirmation, or service agreement are incorporated into these Terms for that purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, information and resources provided through the Website are general business or educational information and are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice. Consulting or coaching does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, medical-provider, or fiduciary relationship.
3. Orders, Prices, and Authorization to Charge
Prices and fees will be presented before purchase. Applicable taxes or other charges, if any, will be disclosed or calculated as part of the transaction as required. By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable charge to the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout and represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
An order is not finally accepted until the transaction is approved and we provide confirmation or begin performance. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary due to payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or technical error, availability, legal restrictions, or inability to perform. If we cancel after collecting payment and no Service has been provided, we will provide the refund required by the applicable purchase terms and law.
4. Credit Card and ACH Payments
Payments may be made by authorized credit card or ACH bank payment when offered at checkout. Payment transactions may be processed through MBN Card processing services or another processor identified in the checkout experience. Payment processing is also subject to the processor’s applicable terms and security requirements.
For ACH payments, you authorize the debit or other electronic transfer described at checkout or in the applicable authorization. You agree to provide accurate bank information and sufficient funds. Any recurring ACH authorization will be presented with the applicable recurring-payment terms and may be revoked or canceled as provided in those terms and applicable law.
PeopleKind HR does not require customers to send complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or bank-account credentials through ordinary email, text message, or other unapproved channels. Customers should enter payment information only through the approved payment interface supplied for the transaction.
5. Payment Security and Fraud Prevention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information associated with Website transactions. Our payment environment and payment partners may use security controls required for their respective roles, including controls associated with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
You agree not to use a payment method without authorization, attempt to circumvent payment or security controls, submit fraudulent transactions, test stolen payment credentials, interfere with checkout functionality, or use the Website for unlawful financial activity. We may suspend a transaction or account and cooperate with processors, financial institutions, insurers, or lawful authorities when fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
6. Memberships, Automatic Renewal, and Continuous Service
This section applies only when a membership or other Service is expressly offered as automatically renewing, continuous until canceled, or converting from a free or discounted period to a paid Service.
Before you enroll, the checkout flow will clearly and conspicuously disclose the applicable renewal or continuous-service terms, including that the arrangement continues or renews until canceled, the cancellation policy, recurring charge and billing frequency, the length of the renewal term or that service is continuous, and any minimum purchase obligation. Where required by California law, we will obtain your express affirmative consent to those terms before charging you.
After enrollment, we will provide an acknowledgment you can retain that includes the applicable renewal/continuous-service terms, cancellation policy, and information about how to cancel. We will provide renewal, trial-expiration, annual, or fee-change notices when required by applicable California law.
If you enrolled online, an online cancellation method will be provided as required by applicable California law. Cancellation stops future renewals or continuous-service charges as described in the applicable offer. Cancellation does not automatically require a refund of amounts already earned or properly charged before the effective cancellation date, except where the offer terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
7. Scheduling, Consulting, and Coaching
Consulting and coaching Services may require advance scheduling. Any cancellation, rescheduling, expiration, late-arrival, or no-show terms applicable to booked time must be disclosed on the purchase page, booking confirmation, proposal, or service agreement. If no special rule is stated, contact PeopleKind HR promptly if you need to change an appointment. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Outcomes from consulting or coaching depend on circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular business, employment, financial, operational, or other result.
8. Digital Resources
Digital resources may be delivered through an electronic download or separately by email. Unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise, purchase grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the resource for the purchaser’s own internal or personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit a digital resource except with our written permission or as permitted by law.
9. Events and Paid Seats
Event listings will state material purchase information available at the time of sale, such as date, location or delivery format, included access, and price. Event-specific cancellation, substitution, transfer, refund, or rescheduling rules displayed with the event offering or order confirmation are incorporated into these Terms.
If PeopleKind HR cancels a paid event and does not provide the purchased event access or an agreed substitute, we will provide the remedy stated in the event terms or otherwise required by law.
10. Cancellations, Refunds, and Charge Disputes
The cancellation and refund policy applicable to a purchase will be disclosed on the applicable offer, checkout page, proposal, service agreement, or confirmation. Because the Services vary, refund eligibility may differ for consulting or coaching time, memberships, digital resources, and event seats. Any stated no-refund or cancellation limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at info@reicorinc.com so we can review the transaction. Nothing in these Terms waives rights you may have with your card issuer, bank, payment processor, or under applicable law. Knowingly initiating a false or fraudulent payment dispute is prohibited.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
12. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in the PeopleKind HR Privacy Policy posted on the Website. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Payment and transaction information may be provided to payment processors, financial institutions, hosting and security providers, and other service providers as described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with law.
13. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original text, graphics, branding, training materials, templates, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to REICOR, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted with a purchased Service or resource, no ownership or license rights are transferred to you.
14. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Website to violate law; infringe another person’s rights; introduce malware or harmful code; gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; scrape or interfere with the Website in a manner that materially disrupts operation; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent payment information; or misuse confidential or proprietary content.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, hosting, scheduling, email, event, analytics, or other technology providers. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control independent third-party websites or their content.
16. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR SERVICE COMMITMENTS STATED IN A SPECIFIC PROPOSAL, ORDER, OR SERVICE AGREEMENT REMAIN GOVERNED BY THAT DOCUMENT.
SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS. THESE DISCLAIMERS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND DO NOT LIMIT NONWAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REICOR, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. ANY LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND DOES NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
Any more specific limitation of liability in a signed service agreement controls for the Services covered by that agreement.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold REICOR, Inc. harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent payment activity, or material violation of these Terms. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify REICOR for REICOR’s own conduct where such an obligation is prohibited by law.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable rights or jurisdictional rules, disputes concerning these Terms or Website purchases may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a consumer’s right to pursue any remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. If the Company later adopts an arbitration provision or class-action waiver, it should be separately reviewed by counsel and presented with appropriate notice and assent.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms prospectively. The current version will be posted on the Website with its effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase or existing contract unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law. Material changes affecting an automatically renewing or continuous Service will be communicated as required by applicable law.
21. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive transaction confirmations, receipts, service notices, scheduling communications, digital-resource delivery, and other records electronically at the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Marketing communications are handled in accordance with applicable law and your choices.
22. Severability and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable offer and checkout disclosures, and any proposal, order confirmation, or signed service agreement form the agreement governing the relevant transaction. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that Service unless applicable law requires otherwise.
